Northwest Yacht Refit to State of the Art Technology

FastClock worked hand in hand with the owner to transform the AV and Network technology in his new yacht from the lower end installation to a full HD matrix distribution system featuring HD DirecTV feeds and XBOX One voice control with a harmonious blend of both Control4 and Crestron hardware.

In addition, FastClock designed and implemented a new bridge display switching system that allowed for any navigation display to come up on any of the four wheelhouse displays or the two flybridge displays, complete with touch capability on all the monitors.

A Turn of the Century Residence with
State-of-the-Art Technology

The owner wanted to keep the historic look of the estate , foregoing high-tech wall switches and embedded touch panels while upgrading the AV systems to current standards. FastClock designed and installed new lighting controllers, new networking and a fully HD distribution system without disturbing the character of the property.

Control via custom Windows 8.1 applications removed the reliance on proprietary hardware and allowed the homeowners to interact with their new system with the devices they already use on a daily basis.

Simple rocker switches control complex lighting scenes and a new DSP audio distribution system maximizes  the legacy in-ceiling speakers' unique properties.

Design Review Services

FastClock was contracted to do a design review for a campus distributed audio system. The review concentrated on design validation and audio component capability.

The client ended up with a comprehensive report that allowed them to proceed with the project, comfortable that an independent but experienced firm had found no appreciable flaws with the system as designed.
